Based on research and 30+ years of experience working with families, I have finally discovered the answer to this question. This curriculum not only provides the information your families need during parent training, but it also gives you the tools you need to get them to engage in learning.

Included you will find 2 lessons specifically for you as the BCBA to help forge a collaborative partnership with your parents and caregivers, along with the 3 secrets I’ve discovered that will make parent training more successful than ever. The remaining 29 lessons are written for parents and caregivers in clear language they can understand.

Each lesson contains goals, material covering the topic, an assignment and a quiz. The lessons are intended for you to review with families together. Assignments and quizzes can be copied, or you may purchase the companion workbook to save the hassle of making copies.

Based on significant research on the topic of supervision and years of experience, I now have the answer to this question. This curriculum not only provides the resources your trainees need during supervision, but it also gives you the tools you need to get them to engage in learning.

Included you will find 4 lessons that will set supervision up for success, along with the 4 pillars I’ve discovered that will make supervision more successful than ever. The remaining 20 lessons encompass all the BACB required topics.

Each lesson contains goals, material covering the topic, assignments and a quiz to gauge learning.

Supervision and Consultation

MaKayla Smith, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018, brings a wealth of experience to the field, having worked with diverse populations across various settings since 2016. Her expertise spans center-based and home-based ABA therapy for children with Autism, as well as collaborations with school districts to support students with a range of diagnoses. Currently, she dedicates her skills to adult services.


MaKayla’s passion lies in teaching and mentoring aspiring clinicians on their path to certification. She is a strong advocate for naturalistic teaching and person-centered approaches, emphasizing the importance of parent and guardian involvement in treatment decisions.

Course instructor Amelia Dalphonse, MA, BCBA:

Amelia Dalphonse, MA, BCBA, co-founded Master ABA with her twin sister, Dianna Kelly, bringing over 13 years of expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Passionate about prioritizing client needs, Amelia earned a Master’s degree in ABA and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

At Master ABA, Amelia and Dianna lead with innovation, emphasizing client-centered care to drive meaningful change. As an ACE provider, they’ve established the institution as a hub for progressive ABA practices, inspiring others to adopt compassionate and ethical approaches.

Through her role at Master ABA, Amelia advocates for advancing the ABA field with empathy and integrity. She stays abreast of the latest research, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth.

Courses featuring Nicole Dionne, MA, LCMHC, BCBA:

Nicole Dionne is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Greenland, NH, with over 19 years of experience in the mental health field. She emphasizes the importance of collaborative relationships and acknowledges the inherent strength within each individual who seeks her guidance. Dionne’s primary objective is to create a secure environment conducive to processing and overcoming life’s stressors.

Her services cater to individuals spanning from early childhood through adulthood. Dionne specializes in perinatal, prenatal, and infant mental health, focusing on early intervention. Additionally, she is proficient in working with a neurodiverse clientele, addressing conditions such as autism, ADHD, and various intellectual and neurodiverse presentations.

Course instructor Robyn Powley, M.Ed., BCBA :

Robyn Powley has over 30 years of experience serving as a Special Educator, Special Education Administrator, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Throughout her career, she has worked tirelessly in PreK-12 schools, developing innovative programs and interventions that have had a profound impact on students with multiple disabilities, including emotional handicaps, autism, intellectual disabilities, and learning disabilities.

With a Master’s Degree in Special Education, specializing in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, and an advanced graduate national board certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Robyn has recently pivoted to a new endeavor—creating workshops for Master ABA and offering parent coaching through her website, www.robynpowleyconsulting.com. Sharing her expertise and providing workshops to fellow professionals is a true passion of hers.

Course instructor Christi Wilson, MS, BCBA :

A seasoned BCBA with over a decade of experience, Christi has dedicated her career to helping individuals with diverse needs thrive. Her extensive background spans residential settings at the New England Center for Children and Becket Family of Services, as well as home, school, and community-based interventions through Granite State ABA Services. Driven by a passion for both behavior analysis and leadership, Christi’s mission is to support the continued growth and depth of the ABA field, sharing her knowledge and expertise with other professionals.
